We fell in love with the community at first glance
My husband and I stopped into K. Hovnanian Homes Seneca model at The Vistas at Quince Orchard Park in Gaithersburg while house hunting and we fell in love with the community at first glance. We were downsizing to a Townhome from a single family as well as relocating for my husbands' job and finding the perfect place that balanced our new life with the old was very important to us.
The floor plan had great flow and after buying and selling many homes including several new homes we were impressed with the way the homes were constructed and how it would fit our lifestyle. Before and after we purchased our home Art, Christine, Tommy and Jen made sure we were kept up to date weekly on the progress of construction and up to date on the mortgage process.
Even after we settled they called frequently to make sure that everything is working properly and that we are happy. We love our new home- and the team at K. Hovnanian helped make the process easy for us.
