It was a nice experience choosing the model and seeing it come to life right in front of our eyes. I would highly recommend K Hovnanian to anyone including my friends and family. We were very impressed with the speed in which the house was completed, the warranties, appliances, HVAC system, home maintenance as well as many other features were presented to us in detail. The house was clean and looked great and was delivered on time. We loved watching our home go from a building plan to a real house and didn't worry because the people who managed the process gave us the feeling that they'd take care of things.
