We are very happy with our decision to buy & build a home
We looked at Fall Creek without any real expectations of the community, after initially focusing on the West side of Houston. Though the lot was not on the golf course as we originally anticipated, we found the house and lot size/placement perfect for our growing family.
The people at Parkwood Builders who sold us our house and managed the construction and closing process were extremely helpful during the process and were always available to our requests, needs, and questions - and still are. We love our new home and the great neighborhood that our children are now a part of. They have adapted to the good schools, and found tons of other children in the neighborhood to become close friends with.
We get nothing but nice comments on our new home from our family and friends, and we are very happy with our decision to buy and build a home with Parkwood Builders in this community.
