This is a great home for young people who are looking to grow with their family. There is a warranty on the home and a team behind us who are invested in maintaining the home and educating us on how to maintain it. This is a great home for my husband and I and our new baby. We got so much more for our money than we expected. We live half a mile from the Metro. Our home has 3 bedrooms and a garage. It was a great deal for us. Our experience has been really positive. We were pleased with our sales representative. Overall, we are pleased with the K. Hovnanian Homes staff, our warranty experience, and our home itself.
