It was a pretty stress free process. The sales office was very friendly and helpful. I think the part that I liked best was that we met our construction manager in the sales office right after signing, so we were well aware of who we would be working with throughout this process. K Hov builds great houses for an amazing price. We did a ton of research into different home options and K Hov won by a landslide. The layout of our home maximizes space better than any builder in the area. They also work very hard to get you in your home as quickly as possible. We are very happy with our new home and would choose K Hov again and again!
