I wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge the outstanding team which K. Hovnanian has put together in The Villages at Meadow Creek, in Manalapan, New Jersey. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and to date we are beyond blown away at the service and treatment that we have had from the day we stepped foot on the grounds of the development.

             We first came in contact with our sales representative Sang Lee.  While exchanging pleasantries we became very close friends and from that moment we realized that we were in good hands. Anything and everything that we could have possible needed, Sang Lee was always there for us within minutes. Upon signing our contact my fiancé and I had no reservations for we felt that our first time purchase was going to be extraordinary. Indeed, we were correct. The builders gave us a date on September of 2006 of our closing and back then from hearing stories from our friends and family we knew that it would never happen. To our shock, the exact date that was given to us 10 months ago was in fact the exact date of our closing.

            From the moment that we moved in, our pleasant experiences have followed us. We met with Mr. Scott Menture who is in charge with our development. Mr. Menture is an extraordinary individual whose mere presence and voice calms you down and reassures you that no only is everything going to be okay, but that everything will exceed a normal persons expectations. If every company had on staff a Mr. Menture, we can personally guarantee that the business of those companies would blossom.

     Among the two individuals I have already mentioned, there are many more people associated with K. Hovnanian that deserve recognition:  Casey Ferrero (I apologize in advance for misspelling) and every team member that had any association with the Meadow Creek development as well as the Title Company.

             Again, I cannot stress enough the experience     that my fiancé and I had with regard to our first home purchase. Each and every individual mentioned both by name and in general deserves a high degree of recognition. We will forever remember the amazing support and kindness that we have received from the K. Hovnanian team.
