The Tyler is a two-story home that includes some great features.  The formal dining room is open to the entry, making it easy to entertain guests.  The large family room has a corner fireplace and is adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast nook.  The kitchen includes a convenient, walk-in pantry and center island workstation.  On the second floor, the master bedroom suite includes a master bath with a garden tub, separate shower, split vanities, a private commode and a large, walk-in closet.  Walk-in closets also are included in both additional bedrooms on the second floor, which share an additional full bath.  The utility room is conveniently located near the bedrooms at the top of the stairs.
