Raleigh

The Raleigh is a two-floor home with an open feel.  The formal dining room is located to the left of the entry to make entertaining guests easy.  Further back, the large family room with a warming, corner fireplace is open to both the kitchen and breakfast nook, making the area a great center of activities.  The kitchen includes a large, walk-in pantry and center island workstation for convenience and easy entertaining.  The master bedroom suite, which is located at the top of the stairs, includes a master bath with a huge, walk-in closet, split vanities, a private commode, garden tub and separate shower.  Two additional bedrooms on the second floor, which both have walk-in closets, share an additional full bath.  The Raleigh's utility room is also on the second floor near the bedrooms.
