The Crestview is a great home for anyone just starting out.  The formal dining room is located to the left of the entry and next to the powder room.  The formal dining room can be an optional bedroom or media room, and the powder room can be an optional full bath.  Further back, the family room features a cozy, corner fireplace.  The kitchen features a center, island workstation and breakfast bar to the family room.  The master bedroom suite is tucked into the right corner upstairs and includes a master bath with a garden tub, separate shower, split vanities, private commode and large, his-and-her, walk-in closets.  The game room, utility room, two additional bedrooms and an additional full bath are also located on the second floor.  Options include converting the dining room to a bedroom or media room and converting the game room into a bedroom.
