Lakes of Bella Terra  

• Travel West on I-10 and exit Grand Parkway/Hwy 99 in Katy
• Go South on Grand Parkway/Hwy 99
• Take a Right onto FM 1093 heading West.
• Travel approximately half a mile and Lakes of Bella Terra NEW Entrance will be on your Left.

From Westchase or Sam Houston Tollway:

• Take the Westpark Tollway, (E-Z tag only) West
• Westpark Tollway will turn into FM 1093 just west of the Grand Parkway.
• The NEW Lakes of Bella Terra Entrance will be on your Left about a half mile West of the Grand Parkway.

From Richmond/Rosenberg/Sugarland:

Travel North/South on Grand Parkway/Hwy 99 Stay North on Grand Parkway/Hwy 99 Take a Left onto Bellaire Blvd.

Travel approximately half a mile and Lakes of Bella Terra Entrance will be on your right.

The 50' Model from the $170s will be in the new section across from the Recreation Center.
