Gateway University Research Park is a joint research campus developed in collaboration with North Carolina A&T State University and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Gateway University Research Park will develop two 75-acre campuses. The South campus will be located on approximately 75 acres of the N.C. A&T State University farm property located off Lee Street near the I-40/85 interchange.
