• PACE bus services provide public transportation with 13 routes connecting the city of Elgin with its neighboring communities.
 
• Dial-A-Ride transportation services offer rides to anyone unable to use the regularly scheduled PACE bus services, as well as to senior citizens and the disabled who make arrangements in advance.
