• I-275 North toward I-4
• Take Exit I-75 North
• Continue I-75 North
• Take Exit #285/Dade City/San Antonio
• Turn Left on SR-52
• Turn Left on Old Tampa Bay Drive (inform gate staff you are touring K. Hovnanian Homes for access)
• Continue straight down Old Tampa Bay Drive, passed the Club House  
• Make a right on Rough Road. The K. Hovnanian Homes model center is to your immediate left, and parking will be on your right.
