From Dover: Rt. 13 South, turn left on Irish Hill Rd. Follow 2 miles to community on left.

From NJ: NJ Turnpike S, to I-95 S, to Rt. 1 S, past Dover, right at Exit 97. Follow Rt. 13 S approximately 8 miles to left on Irish Hill Rd. Community 2 miles ahead on left.

From Rt. 1 South: Take Rt. 1 North to Barretts Chapel Rd. Turn left on Barretts Chapel Rd. Follow to McGinnis Pond Rd. Turn right, follow to "T" and turn left onto Irish Hill Rd. Community just ahead on right. Our Hancock Ill model is the first home on the left, 33 Almonds Way, Magnolia, DE 19962.
