We offer flexible and meaningful learning roadmaps for many roles within Sales, Construction, Finance, and Homeowner Service to name a few. Self-paced online learning modules, in-person classroom and virtual classrooms, webinars, webcasts, discussion boards, and online learning centers across all functions are a few of the learning delivery methods we employ.

Sales Learning Center
Both new and experienced Sales Consultants and Sales Managers will greatly benefit from the variety of learning tools available. Detailed learning roadmaps, coursework, and an online Learning Center are provided to help you sell "The K. Hovnanian Way."

Construction Learning Center
Detailed learning roadmaps and an online Construction Learning Center are available for all K. Hovnanian Construction Associates.

Associate Development

Information Services
Our Information Services University (ISU) offers a comprehensive, role-based business process and systems training curriculum for Associates at all levels, delivered by a top notch staff of experienced business and IS practitioners and an eLearning program.
