Definitely Would Recommend Town and Country Homes!
Dear Kimberly,
I just wanted to send a quick letter to let you know how happy we are with our home. Our process from September 07 until now, January 08 has been nothing but perfect. Our house is everything and more that we could have wished for. When we decided to purchase with Town and Country we didn't know that are experience would be much different than our first time building back in 1998 with Sundance Homes. This experience was quite different. It started off with an amazing experience from our sales team. You being the first person we ever talked with, and Lisa to follow. You were always very honest and supportive. When we purchased we were very scared because this house cost almost $300,000 more than our first house. The market was at its best and the fear was very apparent for us. You gave us the confidence and comfort in knowing that everything would work out for us. The best part was the calming feeling from everybody during the experience. The constant phone calls from you and your team were always comforting. I can't imagine every doing this again with anyone except for Town and Country. Anyways as time went on we began to see the house go up and this was extremely exciting. At the same time we were not sold yet. We talked about using your realtors and there sales expertise to continue with our process. By much shock we had finally sold our house within 6 weeks of listing with your realtors-Coldwell Banker. The construction crew, sales team, and walk through people were outstanding. Since we have moved in any small problems that have come up the warranty department has quickly resolved. We would recommend anyone purchasing a new home to go with Town and Country. Lastly, we would just like to point out a couple of outstanding staff that we have dealt with; Kimberly, Lisa, Bill, Chad, Dave, and Kash. These are just a few people that have made our experience one of complete satisfaction. Thanks for all you did for us.
