Great Design!

The design was what we had been looking for since we cut out the magazine picture of our dream retirement home, over 30 years ago…a Cape Cod, with a full front porch and a view of God’s creation. The layout, spacious yet practical living-space, meets all of our needs. A full size garage, large basement, and just enough yard, were the surprising extras.
 We are impressed with the quality construction, completed on time, by experienced, courteous craftsmen. Our new home in Steeplechase is a dream come true.
 The true value, however, is in the people. The staff, from Walt our salesperson, Steve the problem-solver, answer-man with construction, to Meg the warranty-lady, have helped to make the purchase/to move-in, and exciting adventure. Every experience has been positive, right down to the contact with each unnamed construction person, painter, and even landscapers.
 Several couples in the neighborhood have quickly become friends.  Surrounding our home, our new neighborhood, there is a comfortable sense of peace-of-mind that comes from being a part of a caring, connected community that is built on the foundation of well-planned design and quality construction.
The Steeplechase Community has more than met our expectations; it truly feels like we’ve come home.
