John and I want to thank you for making our home buying experience so enjoyable. Your warm, no-pressure manner won us over. Then, once we made the decision to purchase in Providence, you encouraged us and helped us every step of the way.
We moved into our new Aldrich model last week, and immediately knew this is where we belong. We absolutely love it here! It's as though we have a new lease on life. We thought it might be difficult to give up the home we lived in for 28 years where we raised our son and created many wonderful memories. But once we stepped inside our home in Providence, we had no regrets. And the community, with it's open space and winding trails, feels so friendly and peaceful.
All of the associates we worked with at Town and Country always went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. From the day construction started, we were constantly kept up to date on the progress by Bill or Ron. Once we moved in, Dave was on top of any minor repairs that were needed. The finishing touch was when Dave sent someone over to touch up any paint that might have been marred or nicked during the move process.
Best of all, however, is that we have found a friend in you, and hope that you will continue to be part of our new life here.
