Hurry in, still time at Steeplechase in Oswego
Town and Country Homes announces a limited number of ranch homes are available at Steeplechase, an active adult community in Southwest suburban Oswego within the Churchill Club master planned community. 
Residents of Steeplechase can enjoy the use of a private clubhouse, with a fitness center and outdoor pool while also enjoying the club-style living at Churchill Club.
Currently, there are fewer than 20 ranch duplex homes and about 20 single-family ranch homes remaining for sale at the community.  Steeplechase at Churchill Club features 86 ranch duplex homes priced from the $180,000s, along with 126 ranch style single-family homes, starting in the $230,000s.

 Steeplechase ahs been designed for active adults age 55 and older and is part of Town and Country’s Churchill Club, a master-plan community that includes townhouses and single-family homes. 
 Churchill Club amenities which are shared with residents of Steeplechase include parks, natural wetland areas and dedicated open space, a multi-use trail and park district athletic fields, basketball and tennis courts.
 The duplex homes in Steeplechase are available in three floor plans, each a ranch layout sized from 1,313 to 1,536 square feet, with two bedrooms, two full baths, a great room, and a two-car attached garage.  The duplex homes are priced from the $180,000s
 The single-family ranch models at Steeplechase come in five floor plans, ranging from 1,766 to 2,183 square feet, with two bedrooms, two full baths, den (in some plans), great room, and an attached two-car garage.  Basements are available. These ranch homes start in the $230,000s
 The Steeplechase is for use only by Steeplechase residents. This is a gathering place where they can meet neighbors and make new friends. 
 Inside the clubhouse is a furnished great room with a stone fireplace, a card room and multi-purpose area plus a kitchen to make hosting a party or reunion a breeze. 
 To stay in shape, the clubhouse at Steeplechase includes an outdoor swimming pool and landscaped deck area along with an exercise room with low-impact exercise equipment.
 A clubhouse manager is available to help organize events and activities, which may include day trips, jaunts to local attractions and sporting events or parties and theme nights.
 Steeplechase at Churchill Club is located in southwest suburban Oswego.  To visit, take I-88 to Route 59 south to Route 34 (Ogden Avenue), Turn right (west) to Kendall Point Drive, turn left (south) to the community and sales center.
 The sales center is located at 832 Bohannon Circle and is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and by appointment.
