‘Easy living’ homes available at Steeplechase
Town and Country Homes has announced that a limited number of ranch homes remain available at Steeplechase, its active-adult community in southwest suburban Oswego that is part of the Churchill Club master plan community.
 Residents of Steeplechase can enjoy the use of their own private clubhouse, with a low-impact fitness center and outdoor pool, while also enjoying access to all the luxury of the signature club-style living at Churchill Club.
 Currently there are fewer than 20 ranch duplex homes and about 20 single-family ranch homes remaining for sale at the community.  Steeplechase at Churchill Club features 86 ranch duplex homes priced from the $180,000s, along with 126 ranch-style single-family homes, starting in the $230,000s.  Decorated models remain open for tours every day.
