"The "House2Sell" program truly made our dream of owning a new, bigger house possible. Earlier this year we decided that if we were going to make a move it should be soon. Our oldest son starts kindergarten in the fall and we wanted to be in our new home before the school year started. We knew it was a good time to buy, but feared, with the market the way it is right now, we'd have a hard time selling our house. As much as we wanted to buy a new home, we just couldn't get over the fear of our old home not selling and being stuck with two mortgages. It provided us with the safety net we needed to go ahead with building our new home without fear of the financial consequences if we couldn't sell our old house. By some miracle our old house sold in just 3 days and we were able to move forward with the construction of our new home and we couldn't be happier! We know we got really lucky selling so quickly, but I'm still so grateful for the peace of mind that I got from the "House2Sell" program. It made the process so much more relaxing and enjoyable."
