My husband and I are proud new purchasers of a new home in the Four Seasons at Imperial Walk. We have been working with Mary for a few months now, and I wanted to let you know how wonderful she has been, and how instrumental she was in our deciding to buy at KHOV.

 

From the moment we began working with Mary she has been kind, courteous and most of all, patient. We had a great deal of difficulty in choosing the right building and apartment for us; Mary never pressured us or seemed annoyed at our indecision. She never belittled our concerns or tried to talk us into anything. Her foremost concern was that we choose what we were comfortable with and that we would be happy, even thrilled with our choice.

 

My husband prides himself on being a "tough sell". I think even he was amazed that he couldn't ruffle Mary with all his questions. Those she knew, she answered happily; those she didn't, she got the answers to and thanked us for helping her to learn something.

 

I think we visited Mary 6 to 8 times before we finally bought. She always welcomed us warmly (she HAD to have been getting tired of seeing us), with great cheer and enthusiasm. We spent a lot of time laughing together. Mary made our buying experience a pleasure despite how fraught with anxiety we were.
