From the start, our Sales Representative (Jenny Jenkins) welcome us and made us feel comfortable about the entire process. Throughout the construction, we were kept informed on a regular basis about the status of our house and anything affecting the delivery date. The walkthroughs at key points of the building process were very informative, pointing out the quality that went into the construction. Financing through K. Hovnanian Mortgage was a breeze. After we moved in, any little problems we found (not that there were that many) were quickly taken care of by the warranty department.
We have been satisfied with our purchase, and would recommed K. Hovnanian to all our family and friends.
