Kara was outstanding to work with. Always pleasant and extremely responsive in person and via email. Outstanding support of us in the process and arranged a showing a home of our selection so we could see it in a finished state. She was able to answer every question we posed to her.
Brandon was great to work with. I was able to watch most of the progress and Brandon and Kara did a weekly update on milestones and stages of completion. In addition, Brandon offered his cell phone and email address which we used to ask questions and seek clarification. He was extremely responsive to our queries despite being very busy with new home construction in the area.
The timing of our closing was very close to the original date we were given. The home was in move in state at closing and made our ability to unload the truck the day following closing a reality.
We have been in our house for six weeks or so and have not had an issue to contact the Homeowner Service Team.
Kathy and I have had a wonderful building experience and have no issues that warrant other than an outstanding rating. The entire team we worked with was exceptional. What an awesome experience!!
