I really enjoyed Rose, she was awesome and always there for me to answer my questions and just to say hi. She was very friendly and caring, she made buying my home easy and helped me to understand all of the paper work. Rose was the one who let me select the designing interior of the house. I was able to choose the appliances, tile, linoleum and explore the different upgrades available. She did a great job. On the construction staff, Ted was very straight forward and honest about everything he had to say. He was and is still currently available for all my questions and concerns. I was very happy having him as the construction supervisor because I know he would get a GREAT job done. Regarding the home readiness, everything was ready and perfect when I closed my home and it was perfect for moving into on my first walk through. I really loved the price of the house. It was perfectly in our price range and suited us very well. I also loved watching the house being built step by step, driving by and being welcomed in to check how the house was coming along. Moving in was great knowing I have a place to call my own. Khov Mortgage was awesome in explaining all the details for the mortgage.
