Hovnanian and I have done business. This is the first time I've purchased a home and I know, without a doubt, had I worked with any other company my experience would not have been as enjoyable or as pleasurable.
I had my scheduled walk through with the Construction Manager, Mike Hill, along with my Realtor. I am being completely honest when I say that while the exterior of the house is fantastic and spectacular the inside looked even better and can be described as exceptional, sensational, and immaculate. When Mike was describing all of the operating systems within the unit he was very knowledgeable, informative, and thorough in his explanations not to mention clear and concise. My Realtor even mentioned to me afterwards in all the years he's been working as a Realtor and in all the walk throughs he's been involved there's never been a property that he's seen that did not have at least one imperfection or item out of place within it until now. He went on to say that it was easy to see that Mike takes great pride in doing quality work and possesses a real and genuine passion for what he does...I tip my hat and compliments to Mike and his construction crew.
