MIRA LAGOS, GRAND PRAIRIE, TX - The Rowe's just moved into Cordova Estates in Mira Lagos. However, in the 1960's Mrs. Rowe grew up in a small ranch style home in the New Jersey area. The builder was friendly, came to their house a few times, and even hired her dad to do some accounting work for him. That builder was Mr. Kevork S. Hovnanian. When the Hovnanian Homes name came to Texas, Mrs. Rowe sought us out because of her fond memories of a job well done over 40 years ago!
