As much as they liked the condominium they were renting since getting married last year, actually becoming homeowners now was a dream come true. With their own home now a reality, the Giaconias are ready to raise a family.

Brett, who started his career as a financial advisor 18 months ago at Wachovia Securities, had visited other prospective locations. When he compared these to the homes available at Hidden Pines, however, he and his wife realized that they could really make their dream of home ownership a reality.

"This was a perfect opportunity for us. We selected the Reagan model because it was within our budget as first-time home buyers," Brett said.

The Giaconias could not be happier with their location. They said the tree-lined street and quiet surroundings make their new home and its neighborhood the perfect place to raise a family.

The Giaconias are equally pleased with the design of their new home. They said it is economical to operate and has a great layout.

The Reagan model provides about 2,164 square feet of living space and with finished basement. The two-story, single-family home includes four bedrooms, 2˝ baths and has a two-car garage.

K. Hovnanian's Hidden Pines when complete will feature 62 single-family homes, ranging from approximately 2,200 square feet to 3,000 square feet. This community is nearly sold out – only four homes remain.
