Because we live in Maryland and the house is in Arizona, nearly all of our interaction with your folks has been by phone and email. Every conversation and message we’ve exchanged has reflected the highest possible degree of courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism that I could ask for. Rapidly rising air fares and the July 4 holiday during our closing week would have conspired to make “normal” closing logistics extremely difficult and expensive for us. However, your Tucson staff rose to the occasion and worked closely with me, the KHAM financial team in Florida and our Fidelity Title escrow officer (Karen Kinnunen) to help us achieve a plan within which we could walk through the house, sign closing documents, record the title, and receive our new keys all within the space of two days, even during the July 4 holiday week. I cannot express how much this has helped us during this time.
