Dear Mr. Hovnanian:

As new homeowners in Four Seasons at South Knolls, Jackson, NJ, we write to you because we wish to express our appreciation for the outstanding work your staff has been doing on your behalf.  First, the sales staff including receptionist Eileen Kelleher has always greeted us in the most friendly manner and has always responded to our requests.  As for Connie Russo, we would like to say that she is a very kind and wonderful soul and we think the world of her.

Second, the construction personnel headed by Barry McCarron has given us the first rate service and advice.  Randy Simat stands out as one of the most knowledgeable and kind individuals we have ever met and has been most attentive and efficient in addressing our needs.  Bob Galano has always been eager to give us a helping hand.   Within the construction department staff, Nick Crinnian, Bill Resnyk, Bryan Valentino and Doug Adams stand out as individuals who have been very cooperative and have gone out of their way to make us feel that our home is most special.  We cannot forget Linda Orzel, secretary to the construction department.  She, like Eileen Kelleher, has always been most professional and cooperative.

Third, the Warranty Department deserves praise for the speed with which our needs have been met and in the most efficient manner.  Gyda Mason, Lisa Bartley, Susie Moody and John Gorda stand out as individuals who are very caring and considerate of our needs.

Fourth, Rusty Bell, the subcontractor from Down to Earth has been most cooperative and knowledgeable.

Finally, we wish to point out that the above staff and all the people associated with them have made both my wife and l that our home is most special and have made our transition to living at South Knolls most enjoyable.
