What a pleasant surprise indeed!  Such a delicious box of homemade cookies.  UPS delivered them yesterday

We put our hands into the tin can every chance we have until consumed…including our children.  Thank you so much for your kindness.  We appreciate the thoughtful gesture.

Incidentally, we also wish to extend grateful appreciation for your patience with us as "home buyers" and for your know-how of the business.  Somehow your commendable traits induced us to purchase a property at FS in Mapleton.  Your excellent service is beyond compare.  Plus every staff member we met at your office was helpful and wonderful.  We hope we will have an incredibly fabulous neighborhood in this adult community.
