Phalita and I just wanted to take a moment to express our happiness with our decision to purchase a Brighton home.  We had searched for several months and looked at many different communities, homes and builders in the northwest Houston area.  We eventually decided on your community and just needed to find the right home and builder.

While several builders offered similar plans that seemed to meet our specifications, yours became the final decision for a variety of reasons.  First and foremost was the professionalism and competence you exhibited during the initial phone discussion and in each of our meetings thereafter.  It was quite obvious that your product knowledge was superior to your competitors and you were able to quickly assess our wants and determine which of your plans would best suit our family's lifestyle.

Secondly, the location of the home was critical for us and we certainly wanted room for the kids to play safely in the yard around the home.  You were able to match the perfect home to the perfect lot!

And, finally, I was very concerned about the future valuation of my home.  After all, it's a large investment and I was looking for a house that offered the best opportunity for a return.  Your homes are on larger lots surrounded by equally large or larger homes and are not interspersed with lower-end housing like some of the homes in the area.  We really felt like the Brighton plan was not only the perfect home, but also the best possible investment in Stone Gate.
