A Pleasant Experience

Crockett Park

Dear Brighton Homes,

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know about our recent experience with the new staff at Crockett Park.  Sandra Gomez is our new salesperson, Kimmie Juarez is the district manager and we just had the pleasure of meeting Kristi, the construction supervisor.  We signed a contract in August 2006 to buy a home in Crockett Park in Baytown.  We are leaving our home of 27 years to move closer to my parents.  I work in South Houston, so I spend a lot of time traveling.  Trying to do all this and stay on top of the new home progress hasn't been easy.

Sandra and Kimmie have been so helpful, courteous, and true professionals.  I don't feel patronized at all. I believe they truly want to make this a pleasant experience for me and my family.  Buying a new home is a big deal and it makes you feel better when someone shares in your excitement.  I would also like to mention that Charlotte, the assistant, has also been a big help.
